Through our Flight Plan (Strategic Planning) we want to fulfill our institutional mission:


Our COJOWA mission is to develop integral, bilingual leaders with global perspectives, within a challenging academic environment that motivates the development of individual potential, solid human values, and a decisive commitment with the community.

We will achieve this by way of teamwork between motivated students, quality staff, and committed parents.

Our Seven Initiatives

To reach our goals we created seven initiatives, which concentrate on important topics that will help COJOWA reach its goals:

Currículo del Siglo XXI:

Create a well-articulated curriculum that offers guidance to teachers to develop effective teaching methods and strategies to promoting high qualified and integral education of all our students.

Valores COJOWA:

Be examples of solid human values (students, parents and staff) by way of our REACHES Values Program and three stages of the process: LEARN, LIVE and INSPIRE.

Más Para Escoger:

Develop integral bilingual leaders within a challenging academic, athletic, social and cultural environment.

COJOWA Social:

Create awareness, sensitivity and social commitment within our students and the COJOWA families, in order to develop integral students with a  decisive commitment to their community.

Desarrollo del Talento Humano

Develop a continuous improvement program that will enable the COJOWA staff to support the development of our COJOWA students.


Promote our identity, commitment and values, generating a sense of belonging among students, parents, staff, and alumni; strengthening links with other schools, organizations and social and cultural leaders in the city.

Liderazgo con Persistencia:

Ensure that the ‘COJOWA 2017 Flight Plan’ is executed. From the Action Plans to the general Strategic Plan by means of time, resources, qualified staff and evaluations; promoting a culture of change within the COJOWA community.
